Problem: Pages with few print lines are ignored by program

Pages with few print lines are ignored by Scanitto Pro. The counter counts them but no file is created. This happens with autofeeder and flat plate scan. Windows scanner works fine. By the way, I could not select PROBLEM for this. ALso I hate this program (Idea Informer).

There is an option to skip blank pages under the menu item Settings - Preferences. Please try to switch it off

That was it even though the pages were certainly not blank. Thanks for the quick response (actually two so far). The method of communication is atrocious and Idea Informer is terrible. It took me over an hour to muddle through this communication.
